Contoh Prosedur Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit

1.   Bagian HRD siapkan data karyawan yang akan dinilai.

2.   Bagian HRD siapkan formulir penilaian berkala karyawan.

3.   Bagian HRD distribusikan formulir penilaian berkala kepada seluruh atasan unit terkait pada minggu pertama bulan Desember.

4.   Karyawan yang bersangkuatan isi Formulir penilaian secara berjenjang dimulai dari karyawan yang dinilai, atasan langsung dan atasan tidak langsung.

5.   Lakukan Couching dan konseling oleh atasan unit terkait kepada karyawan yang bersangkutan.

6.  Tandatangani hasil penilaian karyawan yang dinilai oleh karyawan yang dinilai, atasan hingga Manager terkait.

7.  Karyawan yang bersangkutan terima hasil penilaian dari atasan unit terkait

8.  Bagian HRD masukkan data penilaian ke komputer sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam penyesuaian gaji tahunan.

9.  Bagian HRD simpan formulir penilaian berkala kedalam masing-masing file karyawan yang bersangkutan.
