Prosedur Pengecekan Obat Akan Expired
1.Obat yang akan mencapai masa expired minimal 6 bulan (kecuali item dan supplier tertentu) dilaporkan ke Logistik Farmasi untuk dilakukan proses retur ke supplier.
2.Pelaporan berupa berita acara yang berisi Jenis Item, Jumlah, Tanggal ED yang telah ditandatangani oleh Instalasi Farmasi, Manager Medis, dan Direktur Rumah Sakit.
3.Petugas Logistik Farmasi akan menandatangani berita acara tersebut dan mencatat di buku ekspedisi retur kemudian melakukan konfirmasi ke supplier untuk proses retur.
4.Petugas logistik farmasi selanjutnya membuat berita acara lanjutan obat/alkes mana yang bisa diretur (kemasan utuh atau tidak)
5.Obat yang bisa diretur akan diretur ke supplier dimana petugas logistik farmasi akan melakukan pengurangan stock secara sistem melalui menu Retur Pembelian atau Pengembalian Barang Konsinyasi dengan menyertakan copy faktur obat tersebut.
6.Obat yang tidak bisa di retur harus diinfokan ke bagian medis untuk pemakaian ke dokter. Dalam hal ini dibawah pengawasan dan tanggungjawab farmasi.
