PENGUNGKAPAN KEPADA PUBLIK DAN KERAHASIAAN

Pihak KARS merahasiakan segala hal yang berkaitan dengan proses akreditasi kecuali status hasil akreditasi rumah sakit yaitu bila rumah sakit telah terakreditasi, tidak terakreditasi, atau jika akreditasi ditarik oleh KARS.

Status akreditasi rumah sakit ditampilkan pada situs KARS sebagai Terakreditasi. Bila masa berlaku sertifikat akreditasi telah habis atau status akreditasinya maka status akreditasi rumah sakit tersebut dihilangkan pada situs KARS. Rumah sakit dapat memberikan informasi atau mengumumkan capaian hasil akrediatsinya sesuai keinginan rumah sakit. Namun, bila rumah sakit menyampaikan informasi yang tidak tepat mengenai status akreditasinya maka KARS berhak untuk mengklarifikasi informasi tersebut.
