PENURUNAN ANGKA KESAKITAN HIV/AIDS

Rumah sakit melaksanakan penanggulangan HIV/AIDS sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.
Dalam waktu yang singkat virus human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) telah mengubah keadaan sosial, moral, ekonomi dan kesehatan dunia. Saat ini HIV/AIDS merupakan masalah kesehatan terbesar yang dihadapi oleh komunitas global.

Saat ini, Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan kebijakan dengan melakukan peningkatan fungsi pelayanan kesehatan bagi orang hidup dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Kebijakan ini menekankan kemudahan akses bagi orang hidup dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) untuk mendapatkan layanan pencegahan, pengobatan, dukungan dan perawatan, sehingga diharapkan lebih banyak orang hidup dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) yang memperoleh pelayanan yang berkualitas.

Rumah sakit dalam melaksanakan penanggulangan HIV/AIDS sesuai dengan standar pelayanan bagi rujukan orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) dan satelitnya dengan langkah-langkah pelaksanaan sebagai berikut:

  • meningkatkan fungsi pelayanan Voluntary Counseling and Testing(VCT);
  • meningkatkan  fungsi  pelayanan  Prevention  Mother to Child Transmision
  • (PMTCT);
  • meningkatkan  fungsi  pelayanan  Antiretroviral  Therapy (ART)  atau bekerjasama dengan RS yang ditunjuk;
  • meningkatkan fungsi pelayanan Infeksi Oportunistik(IO);
  • meningkatkan fungsi pelayanan pada ODHA dengan faktor risiko Injection Drug Use (IDU);dan
  • meningkatkan fungsi pelayanan penunjang, yang meliputi: pelayanan gizi, laboratorium, dan radiologi, pencatatan dan pelaporan.

  1. Adanya regulasi rumah sakit dan dukungan penuh manajemen dalam pelayanan penanggulangan HIV/AIDS.(R)
  2. Pimpinan rumah sakit berpartisipasi dalam menyusun rencana pelayanan penanggulangan HIV/AIDS.(D,W)
  3. Pimpinan rumah sakit berpartisipasi dalam menetapkan keseluruhan proses/mekanisme dalam pelayanan penanggulangan HIV/AIDS termasuk pelaporannya.(D,W)
  4. Terbentuk dan berfungsinya Tim HIV/AIDS rumah sakit ( D,W)
  5. Terlaksananya   pelatihan  untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknis Tim HIV/AIDS sesuai standar.(D,W)
  6. Terlaksananya fungsi rujukan HIV/AIDS pada rumah sakit sesuai dengan kebijakan yang berlaku.(D)
  7. Terlaksananya pelayanan VCT, ART, PMTCT, IO, ODHA dengan faktor risiko IDU, penunjang sesuai dengan kebijakan.(D)
