Penyusunan Rencana Strategi Bisnis PK3D DKI Jakarta

Beberapa tahun lalu, kami berkesempatan menjadi konsultan untuk penyusunan Rencana Strategi Bisnis (RSB) Ambulans Gawat Darurat DKI Jakarta. Menjadi bagian dari tim yang bertugas merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan layanan ambulans di ibukota merupakan pengalaman yang sangat berharga bagi kami.

Tantangan yang Dihadapi

Proses penyusunan RSB tidaklah mudah. Kami dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti:

Keterbatasan data: Data dan informasi mengenai sistem layanan ambulans di DKI Jakarta masih terfragmentasi dan sulit diakses.
Keberagaman pemangku kepentingan: Menyelaraskan kepentingan berbagai pihak, seperti pemerintah, rumah sakit, dan masyarakat, merupakan proses yang kompleks.
Waktu yang singkat: Kami harus menyelesaikan RSB dalam waktu yang singkat, sehingga diperlukan kerja keras dan ekstra dedikasi dari seluruh tim.
Solusi yang Dihasilkan

Meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan, kami berhasil menyelesaikan RSB dengan memuaskan. Berikut adalah beberapa solusi yang kami hasilkan:
1.Melakukan analisis situasi: Kami melakukan analisis mendalam untuk memahami kondisi terkini sistem layanan ambulans di DKI Jakarta.
2.Merumuskan visi, misi, dan tujuan: Kami merumuskan visi, misi, dan tujuan yang jelas dan terukur untuk pengembangan sistem layanan ambulans di DKI Jakarta.
3.Mengembangkan strategi: Kami merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan pengembangan sistem layanan ambulans di DKI Jakarta, termasuk strategi pengadaan ambulans, distribusi ambulans, pelatihan petugas, dan pendanaan.
4.Menyusun rencana aksi: Kami menyusun rencana aksi yang konkrete dan terukur untuk implementasi strategi pengembangan sistem layanan ambulans di DKI Jakarta.
5.Melakukan konsultasi publik: Kami melakukan konsultasi publik untuk mendapatkan masukan dan saran dari berbagai pihak.
