Pelayanan darah

Dalam standar akreditasi SNARS edisi 1, rumah sakit menetapkan regulasi bahwa seorang profesional yang kompeten dan berwenang, bertanggung jawab untuk penyelenggaraan pelayanan darah dan menjamin pelayanan yang diberikan sesuai peraturan perundangan dan standar pelayanan.

Rumah sakit menetapkan program dan pelaksanaan kendali mutu. Pelayanan darah sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan.

Maksud dan Tujuan
Pelayanan darah, yang diselenggarakan di rumah sakit, harus berada dibawah tanggung jawab seorang professional dengan pendidikan, keahlian, pengalaman yang memenuhi syarat dan berdasar peraturan perundangan d.h.i. kerjasama dengan PMI (Palang Merah Indonesia). Staf tersebut bertanggung jawab terhadap semua aspek pelayanan darah di rumah sakit.

Lingkup pelayanan meliputi penetapan, pelaksanaan, dokumentasi dan proses untuk,

  1. Permintaan darah
  2. Penyimpanan darah
  3.  Tes ke cocokan
  4. Distribusi darah

Proses kendali mutu dari semua jenis pelayanan dilaksanakan dan terdokumentasi untuk memastikan terselenggaranya pelayanan darah dan atau transfusi yang aman. Donor darah dan pelayanan transfusi dilaksanakan sesuai peraturan perundangan dan standar praktek yang diakui.

Sebelum dilakukan pemberian darah harus ada penjelasan dari DPJPnya dan persetujuan dari pasien atau keluarga.

Selama pemberian transfusi darah harus dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi, dan dilaporkan bila ada reaksi transfusi.

Elemen Penilaian

  1. Ada regulasi tentang penyediaan dan pelayanan darah meliputi a) sampai dengan d) di maksud dan tujuan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang- undangan.(R)
  2. Pemberian darah harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari pasien atau keluarga, yang sebelumnya telah mendapatkan penjelasan tentang tujuan, manfaat, risiko dan komplikasi pemberian transfusi darah dan produk darah
  3. Ada bukti dilaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi pemberian transfusi darah dan produk darah dan dilaporkan bila terjadi reaksi transfuse
