Contoh Prosedur Penentuan Indikator Mutu Pelayanan Prioritas Rumah Sakit

1. Identifikasi pelayanan unit kerja di rumah sakit yang kritikal, risiko tinggi (high risk), diberikan dalam volume besar (high volume), cenderung bermasalah (problem prone) yang langsung terkait dengan mutu asuhan dan keamanan lingkungan, dengan melihat dari data insiden keselamatan pasien, komplain pasien, data 10 besar penyakit, atau data lain yang mendukung.

2. Identifikasi pelayanan yang bermasalah dari area prioritas (unit yang skornya paling tinggi) yang sudah ditetapkan pada pelayanan yang kritikal, risiko tinggi (high risk), diberikan dalam volume besar (high volume), cenderung bermasalah (problem prone) yang langsung terkait dengan mutu asuhan dan keamanan lingkungan, dengan melihat dari data insiden keselamatan pasien, komplain pasien, data 10 besar penyakit, atau data lain yang mendukung.

6. Tetapkan nilai pelayanan antara 1-5 dari pelayanan yang sudah dipilih dari point sebelumnya melalui pertimbangan ,masing-masing pada segi high risk, high volume, dan problem prone.

7. Hitung skor masing-masing pelayanan dengan mengalikan nilai dan bobot. Nilai diperoleh dari pertimbangan yang sudah ditetapkan, sedangkan bobot sudah ditetapkan yaitu bobot high risk adalah 50, high volume adalah 30, dan problem prone adalah 20.

8. Tetapkan pelayanan prioritasnya, yaitu pelayanan yang memiliki skor tertinggi setelah dijumlahkan skor high risk, high volume, dan problem prone nya.

9. Masukkan pelayanan prioritas yang sudah ditetapkan pada program peningkatan mutu dan keselamatan pasien
