Dampak UU Cipta Kerja Terhadap Rumah Sakit: Antara Peluang dan Tantangan

Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja (UU CK) yang disahkan pada tahun 2020 membawa perubahan signifikan di berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor kesehatan. Salah satu sektor yang terkena dampak UU CK adalah rumah sakit.

Dampak positif:
a) Kemudahan perizinan: UU CK menyederhanakan proses perizinan pendirian dan operasional rumah sakit. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mendorong investasi di sektor kesehatan dan meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan.
b) Insentif fiskal: UU CK memberikan insentif fiskal bagi rumah sakit yang berinvestasi di daerah terpencil dan tertinggal. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di daerah tersebut.

Dampak negatif:
