Pengalaman Pendampingan Pra Operasional Rumah Sakit

Mendampingi pra-operasional sebuah rumah sakit selalu penuh tantangan. Bukan sekadar memastikan gedung dan fasilitas siap, tetapi juga membangun sistem, merekrut tenaga medis, dan menyusun strategi agar semuanya berjalan lancar sejak hari pertama.

Sejak awal, tantangan sudah terlihat. Perekrutan tenaga medis berjalan lambat—banyak dokter dan perawat masih ragu bergabung karena rumah sakit ini belum memiliki rekam jejak. Saya turun langsung, berdiskusi dengan mereka, meyakinkan bahwa ini bukan sekadar tempat kerja, melainkan bagian dari misi besar di dunia kesehatan. Di sisi lain, perizinan masih tersendat.

Tanpa izin lengkap, alat kesehatan tidak bisa digunakan, dan itu bisa menghambat pembukaan rumah sakit. Koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak menjadi rutinitas harian—dinas kesehatan, vendor, tim hukum—semuanya harus bergerak cepat agar operasional tidak tertunda. Masalah lain muncul saat sistem IT mengalami kendala. Data pasien tidak bisa tersinkronisasi, dan jika ini tidak segera diatasi, bisa berakibat fatal pada pelayanan. Simulasi operasional pun membuka celah besar: koordinasi antar-unit masih lemah, beberapa tenaga medis belum sepenuhnya memahami alur kerja.

Kami harus bertindak cepat. Pelatihan intensif dilakukan, sistem diperbaiki, koordinasi diperketat. Satu per satu tantangan berhasil diselesaikan. Hingga akhirnya, pada hari pembukaan, semuanya siap. Saya melihat tim medis yang dulu ragu kini berdiri dengan percaya diri, pasien pertama datang, dan layanan berjalan tanpa hambatan. Setiap pendampingan pra-operasional selalu penuh dinamika. Tapi satu hal yang pasti—membangun rumah sakit bukan hanya soal infrastruktur, melainkan memastikan bahwa ketika pasien datang, mereka menerima layanan terbaik sejak langkah pertama.
