Dilema Cost-Benefit Analysis: Menyeimbangkan Sosial dan Ekonomi

Pak Suci Rahman duduk di tengah perdebatan itu, mencari solusi. Malamnya, ia menelaah ulang Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) mereka. Ia menemukan jalan tengah: hybrid model. Layanan kelas premium bagi pasien asing dan masyarakat atas akan menjadi sumber pendapatan, sementara sebagian keuntungan digunakan untuk menyubsidi pasien lokal.

Keesokan harinya, ia memaparkan ide itu. Semua pihak akhirnya setuju. Beberapa tahun kemudian, RS X resmi berdiri, melayani berbagai kalangan. Saat peresmian, Pak Suci tersenyum. Menyeimbangkan kepentingan sosial dan ekonomi bukan hal yang mustahil.
