" Drama di Balik Pra-Operasional Rumah Sakit"

Saat pertama kali saya diminta membantu pra-operasional sebuah rumah sakit baru di pinggiran kota, saya pikir tantangan terbesarnya adalah regulasi dan perizinan. Ternyata, yang lebih rumit adalah menyatukan visi para pemangku kepentingan.

Tim manajemen terpecah—ada yang ingin fokus ke profitabilitas cepat, ada yang lebih menekankan jangka panjang.

Di tengah kebuntuan itu, saya harus menjadi jembatan. Saya duduk bersama para dokter untuk memahami bagaimana mereka ingin bekerja, lalu bertemu dengan pemilik untuk menjelaskan bahwa keberlanjutan rumah sakit bukan hanya soal tarif tinggi, tetapi juga kepercayaan masyarakat. Saya membawa data—memetakan kebutuhan kesehatan daerah sekitar, memperlihatkan simulasi keuangan dengan pendekatan hybrid: layanan premium untuk mereka yang mampu, serta program kemitraan dengan BPJS dan asuransi untuk menjangkau lebih banyak pasien.

Tentu saja, tidak semua langsung setuju. Ada perdebatan panjang, revisi berkali-kali, hingga akhirnya mereka menemukan titik temu. Rumah sakit itu akhirnya berjalan dengan model yang lebih inklusif, dan hari pembukaan menjadi momen haru bagi semua pihak.

Dari pengalaman itu, saya belajar bahwa membangun rumah sakit bukan sekadar menyiapkan gedung dan alat, tetapi juga menyelaraskan visi, membangun kepercayaan, dan memastikan setiap keputusan berpihak pada keberlanjutan layanan kesehatan.
